Navimodel - the Italian Federation and the Team Supervitesse have the pleasure of inviting you to the Naviga FSR-V/H/O 2008 World Championship. Here is the information to be given to your competitors regarding the registration. We ask you to strictly follow the instructions. During May you will receive confirmation of the entries.

Classes: All the classes FSR-V Senior and Junior FSR-Hydro Senior and Junior FSR-Off Shore Senior and Junior
A Junior is someone who in the year of the competition is not older than 18 years. The Junior competitors in the FSR 15 cc class must be at least 12 years old
Number competitors admitted: Naviga Rule Art. 3.2.3 (1)
Entry fees: Senior Euro 15.00 for each class Junior Euro 10.00 for each class
Closing date for the registrations: 20th April 2008 (postal date)
Flags and National hymn: Every Team Leader has to provide 3 flags cm. 150 x 100 of the Nation and the National hymn (anthem) recorded on a CD. This material will be returned to the Team Leader after the closing ceremony.
Rules for the registrations: The entries must only be sent from the National Associations who are current members of Naviga, every National Association has to send the Entry Form for every competitor and the Summary Entry Form. Every competitor has to complete and sign the personal Entry Form The Team Leader has to compile and sign the Summary Entry Form. All the Entry Forms must be stamped and signed by the National Associations Personal entries will not be accepted. The entry forms are enclosed with this invitation. Payment: The national federations have to make the full payment of the entry fees, transponder rental, banquet, any fuel ordered (methanol, oil, and nitro methane) and camping. The money has to reach the organizers by April 20th.. The whole team entry will not be accepted without full payment of above fees. You are advised to send copy of bank transfer together with entry forms.

Banquet: Date: 9th and 14th August at 20.30 Price Euro 35.00 per person (children younger than 10 years old with child’s menu Euro 20,00) The organizers will pay for the judges
Prizes: As per Naviga rule art.3.4.15 par. (1) Plus a Diploma to all the competitors
Lap counting: The BBK counting system will be used for all the competitions.
To rent transponders: The organization will make AMB transponders available for those that do not have a personal transponder; the cost of hire is Euro 10.00 for the Seniors and Euro 5.00 for the Juniors for every class. The transponders are expensive, therefore the competitors have to do their best not to lose them and if you lose one you will be charged. The cost of the rental for the transponders has to be paid together with the registration. For the classes FSR-V and FSR-O the transponders must be put inside the boat or above with a mounting hole of 8mm. Transponders mounted on the side of the boat are not approved. For the Hydro classes put 2 rubber mounts on the side of the hull 10mm apart and make a support as in the drawing provided.
Registrations: Every Team Leader will have to go the special table to register the team and to collect the documents for all of their competitors. The competitors will register their models and make the radio check at the registration point.

Camping:. The Camping will be prepared solely for the Championship in the area near the contest lake. Prices: Caravan and car Euro 17,00 every day Camper: Euro 17,00 every day Tent and car: Euro 13,00 every day Each persons: Euro 5,00 every day (children younger than 10 years old Euro 3,00 every day) You must arrive on the day you reserved; you must leave on the day you have advised by 12.00 noon. The reservations and the payment for the Camping must arrive with the entries by the 20th April 2008. It will not be possible to camp in the park before the 1st of August. Anyone who wishes to stay camping beyond the reserved period will have to pay the normal prices of the park and not those negotiated for the W.C. Judges: The organization is responsible for the lodging and meals at midday for the judges from 2nd August to 10th August for the judges of FSR-H/O. From midday 10th August to on 16th August for the judges FSR-V. The Judges have to inform the organizers by 30th April 2008 the date of arrival and departure, if they want camping or a hotel. The organizers will reimburse the judges according to the rules.
Frequencies: The only frequencies allowed are the ones permitted by the Italian PT authorities and they must be submitted in MHz. Chanel numbers will not be accepted.
